Letter from the President

Fall 2011

Dear Prospective Member,

The Charleston Junior Women’s Club is a great way to become involved in the community, contribute to worthy causes, and meet fabulous women. For the 2011-2012 club year, CJWC is sponsoring My Sister's House. We will be supporting this organization through a spring fundraising event as well as simply donating our time at their organization. We also support other charities and community events throughout
the year. Please feel free to contact me at info@cjwc.org with any questions that you may have. You may also contact the membership chairs directly at membership@cjwc.org.

You are welcome to join us at a general membership meeting on the first Monday night of every month! We would be happy to introduce you to some of the members and they can provide you with their own personal experiences on working with CJWC. Whatever your service interests, you can find your place in CJWC.

We look forward to meeting you!

Sincerely,
Mary Virginia "Ginny" Gregg
CJWC President, 2011-12

DEPARTMENTS: The Charleston Junior Woman's Club structure follows that of the General Federation of Women's Clubs. Federation programs and projects are established at the national level and implemented at the club level through the work of six departments Arts, Conservation, Education, Home Life, International Affairs, and Public Affairs. Each department is chaired by an active club member, which organize several programs and projects for members to participate in through out the club year.
